We are starting a new monthly tradition here at Sew Modern.
We are going to post a cocktail recipe that we’ve created on the last Wednesday of the month.
If you are in Los Angeles, come to the shop
the Saturday following that post from 4-6pm and try out
that month’s beverage! Yay!
So without further ado…
This drink was created for the Los Angeles Modern Quilt Guild retreat this past November. The ingredients:
Pimm’s No. 1Champagne
Fresh orange slices (or Cutie sections)
Step 1: Place a slice of orange or cutie section in the bottom of a champagne flute.
We like to give it a little squeeze to let the juice out.
Step 2: Fill a champagne glass 1/3 of the way (approx. 2 shots) with Pimm’s.
Step 3: Fill the glass almost all the way with champagne.
Step 4: Top off with a generous splash of Grand Marnier.
Step 5: Share with your besties!
So if you’re so inclined, please come try one at Sew Modern,
Saturday, February 1st from 4-6 and have a glass with us!
